Who we are
Automation Lab is operated by RENEWEARTH SL, company tax identification number B26785923. Registered address: Paseo de Reding 43, 1 Izq, 29016 Malaga, Spain.
RENEWEARTH SL is the data controller responsible for personal data processed through Automation Lab. Questions about this policy, or any request concerning your personal data, can be sent to legal@automationlab.agency.
There are two levels of deletion in Automation Lab: disconnecting a single social account, and deleting your Automation Lab account entirely. Both are described below.
1. Disconnect one social account
This is immediate and you can do it yourself, at any time:
- Sign in to Automation Lab.
- Go to Customers and open the customer that account belongs to.
- Open Settings and press Disconnect next to the account.
Disconnecting deletes the stored access token for that account from our database straight away, so Automation Lab can no longer read from or post to it. For Google accounts we also tell Google to revoke the token at their end.
You can additionally revoke Automation Lab's access from the platform itself, at Google account permissions or in Instagram under Settings → Apps and Websites.
2. Delete your Automation Lab account and all its data
Email legal@automationlab.agency from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We action these within 30 days, and confirm by email once it's done.
Deleting your account removes:
- Your login details (username, email address, and password hash).
- Every connected social account and its stored access tokens.
- Every customer record you created, along with their content-folder settings and posting limits.
- Your entire posting queue and history within Automation Lab.
What deletion does not cover
Content that has already been published to a social platform lives on that platform, not in Automation Lab — deleting your data here does not remove posts that already went out. Delete those from the platform itself (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok).
Automation Lab does not keep copies of your video files. Files are fetched from your Google Drive only at the moment of publishing, and the temporary copy is deleted as soon as the post completes or fails.
