What we do / Four things, done properly

services.

We are not a content studio and we do not sell you a dashboard. We build and run the machinery that takes what you already produce and gets it where it needs to be, on time, every time.

01

Content distribution

Your video and posts published across every channel you run — YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and more — from one queue, on a schedule you control, with per-account limits so nothing floods a feed.

02

Workflow automation

The repetitive work between your tools: lead routing, follow-ups, approvals, data moving from one system to the next. Built once, monitored, and fixed when a platform changes underneath it.

03

Systems that stay up

Automation is easy to build and hard to keep running. We treat failure as the default case — retries, verification, alerts — so a broken integration is something you hear about from us, not from a client.

04

Reporting you can trust

One record of what actually went out, to which account, and when. If something failed, it says so and why. No guessing from platform analytics that disagree with each other.

Automation / How it works

Six stages between your content and your audience.

Every workflow we build follows the same shape. It is what makes them debuggable when something goes wrong at three in the morning.

01

Intake

Content and data arrive from where they already live — a Drive folder, a form, a CRM.

02

Orchestration

Each item is routed to the right destination, account and time slot.

03

Enrichment

Captions, tags, formatting and any per-platform requirements get applied.

04

Validation

Checks run before anything is sent — limits, duplicates, missing fields.

05

Action

The post goes out, the record is written, the result is confirmed against the platform.

06

Control

One view of what published, what is queued, and what needs a human.

How we work / Methodical and measurable

Four phases, and you see progress in the first one.

01

Diagnosis

We map what your team actually does by hand each week, and cost it in hours. That list decides everything that follows.

02

Design

We pick the highest-cost, lowest-risk process first and specify exactly what the automated version does — including how it behaves when it fails.

03

Build

Built, tested against your real data, and run alongside the manual process until it has proved itself. Then the manual one gets switched off.

04

Operate

We monitor it, fix it when a platform changes, and report on what it has handled. Automation is a service, not a delivery.

Questions

questions.

The things people ask first.

Do you create the content as well?

No. We amplify and distribute what you already produce. If you need content made, we will happily point you at people who do it well — our job starts once it exists.

Which platforms can you publish to?

YouTube, Instagram and Facebook today, with more added as clients need them. Each one connects through that platform's own official sign-in, so we never hold your passwords and you can revoke access at any time.

What happens when something breaks?

You hear it from us first. Every automated action is recorded and verified against the platform afterwards, so a failure is visible immediately rather than discovered weeks later when someone notices a gap.

What do you need from us to start?

Access to the accounts you want published to, the folder your content lives in, and half an hour to walk us through how the work is done today. That is enough for the diagnosis phase.

Are we locked in?

No. The accounts stay yours, the content stays yours, and you can disconnect everything yourself from the dashboard without going through us.

A short call is usually enough to tell whether there is something here worth automating. If there is not, we will say so.
